As you come down the Aubrac plateau, Espalion is by itself all the sweetness of South of France in the Lot Valley. You are now far from the austerity of the Aubrac plateau. The church of Espalion
is a UNESCO wold heritage. Don't miss the chapel of the penitent Confrérie, the Art museum, the Rouergue museum, the old palace and the old brindge of the city.
